Refund and cancellation policy

Please read the full change and cancellation policy below:

► Any changes to the booking must be notified to the tour operator in accordance with the detailed provisions of the travel contract.
► Canceled bookings will be charged. Cancellation fees can be up to 100% of the total value of the booking, regardless of whether it has departed or not. When changing or re-issuing tickets and booking rooms, fees also arise.
► Our cancellation policy is based on the policies offered by suppliers including Airlines, Hotels, Tour Companies, Insurance Companies, other service providers such as vehicles&#8230 ; Once you have submitted your Booking request, any subsequent changes or cancellations must be approved by the relevant supplier. The buyer will be responsible for paying all applicable fees for such changes or cancellations (if any) imposed by the suppliers. In addition, the buyer may have to pay a fee for those services VIETBLUETOUR did when dealing with this booking.
► In some cases due to time constraints or limited space/room during peak season, VIETBLUETOUR You may be required to make a deposit at the time of booking to avoid cancellation of the booking when we have reserved the reservation/room. Note: the deposit will only be refunded if your booking is unsuccessful.
► Airlines, Hotels, Travel Companies, Insurance or Transportation companies… Each has its own regulations on Changes and Cancellations. Therefore, if there is a difference between the General Policy mentioned here and the individual policies of each provider, the service provider's own policy for the booking you place will comply.
► The Airlines/suppliers reserve the right to cancel any booking as well as to refuse check-in to any guest boarding the aircraft or entering the hotel. If this happens, the sole responsibility of the Airlines/suppliers is to refund the ticket or service fee paid by the customer.
► Please note: We are unable to issue refunds until they have been received from the relevant suppliers. Non-refundable bookings will not be refunded.
