2.1. Conditions for canceling land tour:

Cancel after booking the service: cancellation fee is 20% of tour price
Cancellation 30 days before departure date: cancellation fee 50% of tour price
Cancellation 15 days before departure date: cancellation fee 100% of tour price
In case of late arrival, cancellation will be considered 15 days before departure date.

2.2. Conditions for refund and cancellation of air tickets:

Vietjet Air: No cancellation, name change, itinerary change allowed, change fee 495,000 VND/ 1 time/ passenger + ticket change difference (change 72 hours before departure time).
Issue the Airline Ticket according to the passport or ID card, any changes related to the issued ticket: passenger name, ticket cancellation, please bear the costs according to Vietjet airline regulations.
Flight times may vary according to VIETJET AIR Airlines flight times.
Regarding the nature of a group tour, if the tour does not have enough passengers, it will be canceled. The travel agency will be responsible for notifying guests 15 days in advance.
When flying, please bring one of the following documents: (ID card with less than 15 years validity, or passport, birth certificate (for children under 14 years old).
For children 14 years old (ID card is required. If you do not have one, you must have a certificate of identity according to the form and stamp of the ward).
For children not traveling with their parents, they must have a parent's authorization certificate with confirmation from the locality of residence for the accompanying person to complete boarding procedures.
